The Girls In Disguise
Week: 3

As soon as the girls return back to the home there is more clashing between Anita and Hilde. Anita is ready to move on from the previous incident but Hilde is not willing to let her off the hook that easily. That night, Anita is quietly reading by herself by the pool. Hilde sneaks up behind her, grabs her book, and throws it into the pool. By the time Anita is able to retrieve it the ink has started to run and the pages are mostly destroyed. Anita is furious but lets Hilde walk away. Later that night as Hilde takes her shower, Anita goes to the kitchen and finds a brand new $40 bottle of wine that Hilde bought on a shopping venture earlier that day. Anita pours the wine down the toilet and replaces it with sour milk. She spends the rest of the night fighting uncontrollable bursts of giggles but Hilde is still completely oblivious.

Challenge:

The next day the girls are interrupted during lunch by Tyra! Tyra is carrying a Polaroid camera. She tells the girl that they will be doing their polaroids today! Well. Obviously. Every model always has a set of them ready on hand and they are taken by each agency that may possibly sign them. She advises the girls t wear simple clothing which shows off their general figure and to tie back their hair.

The girls all take their individual shots with Tyra. Goldie is criticized for posing too much and these are almost meant to be candid in a way. Emerald is told that she dressed too formally. That if she was trying to impress a fiance's parents that'd be the perfect outfit but it is far too conservative for these. All the girls finish shooting and all the pictures finish drying. Tyra posts them all up on a bulletin board and looks at them all before declaring the winner. The girl that Tyra best embodied the look, stance, and attitude of a model in her shots was... Anita. Anita jumps and cheers and most of the other girls join her since she is known as the sweetheart of the bunch. Hilde can't help but look on and scowl in the background.

The girls enjoy the rest of the day and the next morning get a Tyra mail that reads, "Hide and peek"

Photoshoot:

The girls arrive at the studio and are given the briefing for their photoshoot. It will be a beauty shot. Focused and closed in on the face. But they will be wearing luxurious satin veils around their faces to conceal their noses and mouths. It will all be in the eyes and they are meant to be exotic temptresses. Their hair will all be tightly slicked back as well. Tyra will also be watching the girls during the photoshoot.

Goldie once again does excellent during the shoot. Tyra has her eye on Goldie since she is not the modelesque of the group but she tends to transform on film. Much like the runner-up Kendra from C1. Saluki shows a lack of confidence because her eyes are unique and she feels that they are actually her worst asset. Nickla gives gorgeous shot after gorgeous shot. She has nailed the act of smiling with her eyes. Anita disappoints yet again. Tyra feels that she is just resting on pretty since she is one of the most typically beautiful girls there. Hannah has very strong jaw which she actually embraces but it becomes her downfall this week since she doesn't know how to work her face with it hidden. Emerald's expressions come off as slightly aggressive but it works 100% with this shoot. It is a sensual aggression rather than angry. Like she is in charge. Zoe is extremely awkward on set and has NO clue what to do, but Tyra is absolutely floored by her beauty when her hair is put out of the way and exposes her entire face revealing gorgeous bone structure.

The photoshoot wraps up. The girls receive a notice that judging will take place tomorrow and a third girl will go home.

Panel:

Anita: Another week of disappointment. Tyra is especially let down since Anita won the challenge this week. She wants to break her out of her "I'm pretty" shell but doesn't know if she can.
Emerald: She does not come off as the friendliest of girls but her photo this week is undeniably the best, and she takes risks.
Goldie: So far she has shown total consistency in flawless pictures. If only she could attempt to look more like a model in person. But she has the most natural talent.
Hannah: She is too reliant on her strong jaw and acts dizzy and unbalanced without it, much like a cat with one side of its whiskers lanced off.
Hilde: Something about her seems fake. Her bubbly demeanor in panel doesn't seem at all sincere. But her photo is gorgeous.
Jubilee: One of the most visibly striking girls there. But her personality bores the judges. Her looks pop. But she does not.
Nickla: She continues to improve week after week and the judges see a lot of promise from her.
Saluki: She had the chance to shine this week with her deep, exotic eyes but instead she almost convinced everybody else of the flaws she sees in them with her doubt and fragile confidence.
Stripal: She is a favorite of the judges but they wonder if she feels as if she does not have to put in much effort because of that.
Zoe: Gangly and awkward yet with a hidden beauty that the judges never knew existed until this week.

Hannah was one of those girls where as I created her I was like OMG SHE'S GREAT but after I took a good look at the finished product I was liek "Eugh. Dead weight" (Kind of like Goldie. Even though randomizer seems to love her)

Great episode! Glad to see Hannah go home.

The Girls Who Are Thieves

After a stressful judging, Hilde goes to the kitchen to pour a calming glass of wine. She notices that the bottle seems heavier than when she last tended to it but doesn't think anything of it until she pours out the sour milk that Anita had planted in there earlier. She charges over to Anita with the bottle in hand to confront her and instead if simply screaming she throws the bottle as hard as she can at the wall next to her to scare her. The bottle shatters and sour milk explodes all over the surrounding vicinity. Anita and Hilde get into a screaming match and then Nickla gets involved, yelling at Hilde that unless she cleans up the mess that she made that she would personally see to it that the other girls make her life in the house a living hell until she is eliminated. Hilde obliges but not before threatening Anita one last time.

In the morning the girls receive a Tyra mail that reads, "Ready. Set. Go!" Most of the girls wonder what the generic message could mean. Go-sees?

Challenge:
The girls are taken to a track field and are suited up in spandex gymwear. Janice comes out and tells the girls their challenge for the day. They will have to run a mile. That's not it though. When each girl reaches the finish line her picture will be taken while she is still running and despite battling exhaustion and perhaps even nausea they need to strike a fierce face.

The girls take off running. Nickla is initially confident since she runs every day and she starts out strong but focuses too much of her energy on getting ahead of the other girls in the beginning and by the end of it lags. Jubilee finishes at a decent time but Janice expresses disgust at her face in the picture. Anita is the first one to make it to the finish line since she paced herself beautifully but her picture is average at best. She doesn't look tired or ugly. She looks pretty. But she's just... there. Saluki and Stripal take fierce pictures. Goldie takes a beautiful shot but gave no effort in the race.

The girls haven't yet had the chance to fully catch their breath when Janice stumbles back out to announce the challenge winner. The girl she thought performed the best was... Saluki. Saluki would cheer but can't without fear of passing out so instead she just smiles.

The girls return back to the loft where a Tyra mail awaits them. "Meow"

The girls are worn out from the day and decide that it's best to just go to bed instead of trying to decipher an impossible riddle.

In the morning the girls are taken to one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city. Mr.Jay shows up and takes them all to the elevator. The girls notice that they are going to an awfully high floor until it hits them that they may be going to a floor that does not even have a ceiling. Much to their suspicions they arrive at the roof.

Photoshoot:

The girls are to be dressed in tight leather bodysuits. Much like Catwoman's outfit with the stiletto included. Except without the tail, whip, or mask. They are to go near the ledge of the building and look as if they've just stolen priceless jewels and are ready to escape by leaping off the building.

Most of the girls are struck numb with fear of standing next to the ledge of a skyscraper in wobbly heels but get to it anyway.

Saluki whines about how uncomfortable the leather catsuit is and how she cannot breathe in it, how difficult it was to to put on. The height does not bother so much as the shoot and her photos turn out mediocre at best. Goldie is in tears because of the height but she takes a deep breath and just wants to get it over with. You'd never know how scared stiff she was, she turns out nothing but amazing shots. Nickla manages to make the situation look glamorous and Mr.Jay comments that anybody who sees the picture will immediately want to be in the same position. Hilde is EXTREMELY creative in her poses, she just forgets the face. Anita has a positive attitude and has no complaints but looks extremely awkward in her pictures. Stripal stands there. She just stands there. She stands some more. And finishes off the shoot with a grand finale of standing.

The rest of the girls do a decent enough job and they are dismissed. They are told that judging will take place the following day.

Nobody knows what to expect. Even the girls who did well try to think of possible reasons as to why they could be sent home.

Panel:

Anita: Not one of her frames could possibly be used in a real ad. Her body is one of the best but she doesn't know how to use it. But her willingness to go head first into such a task is appreciated.
Emerald: Her film wasn't nearly as impressive as last week's and the judges see a bit of a downfall perhaps.
Goldie: She did not let her fear get the best of her. She might've been rocky before the photoshoot but turned out great pictures as always.
Hilde: Her posing rivaled the top names in the industry today. If only she could work her face as beautifully as well.
Jubilee: The judges question her ability to improve since she has been solid but not spectacular.
Nickla: Nigel is in love with her. He mentions that if he owned an agency he'd sign her for that picture alone. She gets no complaints.
Saluki: For somebody who was in the bottom two last week she sure made a point to act like a stuck up bitch during the photoshoot.
Stripal: Tyra is irritated with her lack of creativity. Yes she looked gorgeous in the styling but you don't get booked by just standing there.
Zoe: She is steadily improving. Mr.Jay commented during the shoot that she was one of the most pleasant to work with.

The girls are called back.

Saluki: Y'all are just racist because I look like a fierce Sandra Oh AKA Esther. I can't believe they chose Ms.Spreadmylegs 2008 over me when my milkshake is CLEARLY better than hers. Oh well, at least now I can follow my dream of becoming an astronaut.
