Here are the new 13 girls of this cycle's Next Top Model


Eva: This Latina beauty grew up right outside of Los Angeles. Going to school for marketing, she decided to pursue a part time modeling career, and discovered she really loved being in front of the camera. She is hoping that this experience will help take her to the next level in her modeling career.


Abby: Growing up in rural Indiana, where she still lives today, Abby has never had any prior modeling experience, but has always been told she should be a model. After being convinced to audition by her friends and family, she is thrilled to have made it into the final 13. But will she have the passion and drive to do well?


Autumn: One of two twins in the competition, Autumn has been out as a lesbian since she was 14. With her funky style and easy going personality, she hopes to be a role model to gay youth, letting them know to be true to themselves.


Summer: The other twin in the competition, Summer is almost the opposite of her sister. She is quiet, and rather conservative. Autumn convinced her to audition with her, and after they both made it, Summer decided it would be a good life experience for her. But will her quietness hinder her chances of making it to the top?


Brooke: This hipster from New York City is all about fashion. Having been a fashionista since a very young age, she knows everything about designer clothing, and hopes this will help her make it far in the modeling industry. She knows it is a hard career that most girls can't handle, but she thinks with her strong personality, she will be perfect for the industry.


Renee: Growing up in Atlanta, Renee was always in the spotlight. From the age of 3, she knew she wanted to be an actress, and has been in several plays and even some commercials. Recently, she discovered she had a knack for modeling as well, and is curious to see if she can do well in this competition. But will the judges see an actress trying to be a model?


Makayla: Born and raised in San Fransisco, she is proud to be on Top Model. After watching Cycle 1, she knew this show was for her. Growing up, she was always the tallest in a family full of Asian Americans. She wants to prove to the world that an Asian American can be a Top Model. But will she have the skills to back up her motives?


Eden: This blonde beauty is from Phoenix, Arizona, where she is currently in school to be a veterinarian. Besides being an animal lover, she has always participated in local runway shows, and loves being on stage. She hopes that everyone will see past just the pretty face and long legs, and see the intelligent girl that she actually is.


Jasmine: Growing up in Chicago, Jasmine attends school as a photography major. She knows in the past, models who are photographers struggle to get past all the technical stuff, but she knows she is a fierce poser and wants to show the world what she's got.


Taylor: This crazy blonde is from Boston, and she knows how to have fun. Growing up with two fathers, she says that she is a gay man trapped inside a woman's body. Being infamous for her parties she throws, she wants to bring her fun personality to this show. But will her fun, party going ways interfere with the competition?


Savannah: This quiet beauty is from Miami, where she has been doing small modeling gigs for a year now. She is ready to go ahead with her career and take the next step. She knows that even if she doesn't win this show, she will get great exposure, and she plans to make sure she gets a good edit! Nothing is worse than ruining your career by looking like an ass on reality TV she says.


Kaylee: This New York native is half black and half French. She says that her dad met her mother in France, where she was born. After traveling Europe as a child, she moved to the states at the age of 8. She now is freshly out of school and can't wait to begin a career in the fashion industry.


Morgan: From Milwaukee, this redhead was spotted at the mall and recruited for this show. She is nervous but very excited to be here. She thinks she'll have a natural talent for modeling and hopes she can show the world that she has what it takes to be a Top Model.

HERE IS THE FIRST EPISODE. SORRY IT IS A LITTLE TEXT HEAVY. WITH 13 GIRLS, IT IS HARD TO MAKE IT A SHORT READ!

DEVIN'S NEXT TOP MODEL

It's an all new cycle and the girls are eager to get started. They are all taken to their Soho loft, where they all get to know each other, and bond. The girls chose bedrooms, and explore the house. Already living in New York, Kaylee and Brooke tell the girls they can show them the sights. Brooke tells them she will show them her school, where she goes for fashion merchandising. Eden is excited because the Marc Jacobs store is right down the street, and that is her favorite designer. Her and Taylor quickly bond, after Taylor expresses interest in going there as well.

Autumn and Summer, the two twins, talk to Morgan, after she shows interest in getting to know them. Autumn laughs, saying that the two of them are completely different. Summer admits that she is a bit quieter and can get shy at times, while Autumn is a lot more outgoing. As they are bonding, Renee, Abby, and Savannah all pick a room together. It is full of pictures of last cycle's winner, Camilla. Renee says that this room will bring her good luck. Jasmine and Makayla decide to share a room as well. This room has pictures of Tyra all over it. They are excited to be in the Tyra room. Jasmine tells Makayla that it is rare that anyone of Asian descent is on the show. Makayla tells her that is why she auditioned, because she wanted to represent a demographic that is often skipped on this show.

CHALLENGE
It's not very long before the doorbell rings and Mr. and Ms. Jay walk in. The girls are all excited and gather around. They tell the girls that in since it is Fashion Week in New York, their first challenge had to be a runway show. The girls all start screaming. Morgan talks about how it has always been a dream of her's to walk the runway during Fashion Week. Then Ms. Jay interrupts the excitement and says, "There's only one catch. You girls haven't been properly trained by me. So the real challenge of this week is to pass my runway show one-on-one. Only the girls I feel are ready will walk the runway tonight, and the rest of you girls will be going to runway bootcamp." The girls all look nervous. Eva says that she is confident she will do well, because she is awesome at runway. Brooke expresses concern, saying she knows her walk is not very good. The training begins, and Eden is up first. She does great, and looks hot. Ms. Jay tells her to have a little more confidence while posing and she'll do great. Morgan is after her, and she is a little stiff. Ms. Jay gets her to loosen up and she is then fantastic. She says maybe she was just a little nervous. After her is Savannah, who is told she is pretty but boring. Her walk is lifeless. Taylor, Eva, Summer and Autumn all go and are good, only getting a little feedback here and there. Renee is told that she is too "ghetto" and needs to cool down the attitude. Makayla is next and Ms. Jay says he is "in love" with her. He tells her she walks like an Asian goddess. Abby is next and is also told she walks with no life. She needs to have a mission, but without stomping. She improves the second time around. Jasmine is then up, and Ms. Jay begins applauding, saying "Girl, you are fierce!" Jasmine, loving the attention, gives just a little extra attitude while posing, winking at Ms. Jay, and they all laugh. Kaylee is after Jasmine, and is told she needs to walk more, and stomp less. She tries to tone it down but it still doesn't look great. Brooke is last, and her walk is not very good. She looks uncomfortable. Ms. Jay jokes, saying she looks constipated. He tries to get her to loosen up, but it doesn't do any good.

After they are all done, he announces the girls going to Fashion Week. They are: Eden, Morgan, Taylor, Eva, Summer, Autumn, Makayla, and Jasmine. He then says that Savannah, Brooke, Renee, Abby and Kaylee will all spend more time at his Runway Bootcamp, where they will learn better technique. He then announces that the one girl that did the best will be the real challenge winner, and will not only walk the runway tonight, but will also get to keep her choice of 3 outfits worn by the models. This girl is... Jasmine! Jasmine gets all excited. Ms. Jay then says that she can pick one other friend who will get to pick one outfit to keep. She picks Makayla, in since she has been bonding with her.

The selected girls are then off to their show, while the other girls are off to bootcamp. They all get back to the house later that night, and Eden and Taylor are busy bragging about how great the runway show was. Renee gets pissed off, saying that they don't need to rub it in their faces. Morgan then gets the Tyra Mail which says "For your first shoot, you will be getting a little wild. Be ready at 8am." The girls all go to bed, excited for their first shoot.

PHOTOSHOOT
The girls are all taken to the Central Park Zoo, where they assume they must be working with animals. When they get there, they see Mr. Jay, and he welcomes them all. He then tells them that for today's shoot, they will each be shooting with a different animal, in a "safari" themed photoshoot. In the shoot, they will be modeling a new lingerie line by Victoria's Secret. He tells them that just because they are all bras and underwear does not mean it is a men's magazine shoot, and to keep it high fashion.

The first girl up is Brooke, who is with a giraffe. The giraffee has to be way in the background though, because it is so much bigger. Her poses are akward and boring. Mr. Jay tells her to think more outside the box. She gets a little better, but doesn't improve that much. She gets frustrated because she didn't do well during the challenge or the photoshoot. Next up is Eden, who is in a lion den. Being an animal lover, she is completely comfortable. Her pictures are stunning and she looks like a professional. After her is Morgan, who is with a tiger. She is a bit nervous, but does a good job. Mr. Jay warns her about not being too "basic" with all of her poses. Next is Savannah, who is with an snake. She is scared to death and freaks out. Her pictures are all pretty much a flop, because she shows her fear on camera. After her is Abby, who gets to go in the monkey house, with a bunch of monkeys. She laughs and has a great time. Her pictures turn out well. Eva is after her and she is in the gorilla house. She leans against the artificial tree and uses her surroundings. Mr. Jay says she looks great, but needs to soften her face. Kaylee is next and is with a zebra. The zebra keeps munching on her dress, which freaks her out. They have to wait for her to calm down before they can continue. Her pictures are also not very good. Autumn is after her, and she is with a jaguar. At first she is a bit scared, but does amazing. Mr. Jay hardly gives her any notes, saying she is a natural. After her is Jasmine, who is with a baby elephant. She does fantastic poses, and looks good. Mr. Jay does tell her to watch her facial expressions and don't look too angry. Summer is with a sloth, which she thinks is random. She decides to immitate the sloth, and grabs onto a branch, hanging down. Mr. Jay says it looks great. Overall, her shoot wasn't fantastic, but that first pose was golden. Renee is in the parrot house, and is very stiff. She doesn't do as well as she could have. She gets a few good poses in there, but doesn't have enough variety. Makayla is also in a bird house, and looks fantastic. Mr. Jay says her face is just so photogenic. They get a great shot of her, as all the birds are flying. Last is Taylor, who is with a ostrich. The ostrich keeps bopping her, which at first keeps making her laugh. She eventually decides to make it a good pose. Every time the ostrich comes at her, she makes her face all innocent and shocked, which Mr. Jay says is really funny, but also great looking.

When the shoot is over, the girls all go home. Savannah says she knows she didn't do too well. Jasmine and Makayla are both very confident, as they talk more in their bedroom about how much fun they had. Morgan and the twins also go into Jasmine and Makayla's room and they all decide to play a card game. Eden and Kaylee and talk, and Kaylee says she feels intimidated by Eden's confidence. Eden tells her that it is a competition and she has to step it up.

ELIMINATION
The first elimination arrives, and the girls all make their way to the panel. Tyra welcomes them and calls up the first girl: Brooke. The judges all agree that Brooke looks awkward and not very model-esque, which is strange, because in person she looks like a model. Eden is after her, and receives great feedback. Nigel tells her she almost looks like a lion, and it was a good animal choice. Morgan also receives positive feedback for her picture. Savannah is told that she doesn't look like a model. Paulina says that she is just a pretty girl. Abby's picture is good, but Ms. Jay says that she needs to present herself better at panel. Tyra agrees saying she looks like she is still auditioning. Eva receives good feedback, with Mr. Jay crowning her the "drag-a-licious" award of the cycle. Kaylee is told that she looks uncomfortable and that it is not that great. Autumn, Jasmine, and Summer all get good feedback. Renee's picture is just ok. Tyra says she is disappointed, because with all of the parrots it could have been a beautiful picture, but looking through her film, it was a bit stiff. Makayla's picture is called perfect by Nigel. And all the judges agree that this is how it is done. Taylor is last, and her picture is really good, with her being attacked by the ostrich. Paulina laughs, saying that it definitely stands out.

The girls are all sent away, and when they come back, Tyra says: "We were very disappointed in almost half of you girls today, so we decided that the first elimination would be a double, because there are at least two of you we already feel are undeserving of being a Top Model." The order is then: Makayla, Taylor, Eden, Autumn, Jasmine, Morgan, Summer, Eva, Abby, and Renee. She then tells the bottom three to come forward, Brooke, Savannah and Kaylee. She says that she knows for a fact that these three girls didn't do well on the runway either, and that that is why two of them are going home. She then says that Brooke looks like a model, but in this picture she just looks uncomfortable. Savannah is a gorgeous girl, but in front of the camera, she looses life and is boring. And last, Kaylee is just kind of there, not really leaving any good impressions. So who stays? "Brooke, I have faith that you will get over this awkwardness and deliver a beautiful picture next time." Brooke takes a sigh of relief and gets her picture. The other two girls are sent home.

Savannah doesn't really seem too shocked. She says she knew she was going to be labelled as boring, because she is quiet. Kaylee seems to be more upset, crying, and saying that she can't believe she is gone after the first week.

The 11 remaining girls are all told by Tyra to step it up during the next shoot. They all thank her and head off.

ON THE NEXT TOP MODEL: The girls are tested on their make up skills, as they are split into teams. And later at the photoshoot, some of the girls suffer a minor case of claustrophobia and fear of heights when they are put in glass boxes and hung over New York City.

Wow! Great episode! I love how all your girls seem so dynamic, and how we get to know them.

I'm a little upset that Brooke stayed though. She's my least favorite, and I thought for sure she was going. Ah well, can't wait till the next episode.

awww, before i read these i always make a prediction order of the elimination. And Kaylee was 7th place and I had Savannah was the runner-up. Well, looks like i was off.

im glad u guys enjoyed it. the next episode should be posted either tomorrow evening or thursday morning and vote for covergirl of the weeek guys!!!!... or seriously i'm gonna remove it this cycle. i've only gotten 2 votes so far and i know a lot more of u have read it!

not many readers this time around. hmmm. if ur reading it, please comment. thats really one of the main reasons i do these things. i like to know what everyone thinks! anyways, i finished the next few episodes yesterday, but i'll probably wait to post the next one until either late tonight or tomorrow morning. i'll give more people time to catch up.

I'm reading it! I'm actually kind of pleased with the first elimination. The two girls ousted were probably my least favorite of the group. But I know how you feel about writing them for the readers and you like to get feedback. I'm still devoted though!

The girls all get back to the house after their first elimination. Abby is upset because she didn't do as well as she thought she would. She tells Morgan that she was confident she did well, but the judges only thought her picture was ok. Morgan tells her not to worry, because she wasn't in the bottom and that's all that matters at this point.

Autumn and Taylor start developing a friendship, while Autumn's sister, Summer, stays in her room reading her books. Taylor tells Autumn that her sister is so quiet, and Autumn tells her that she tells her to be more social but she never has been. Taylor then decides that the girls need to have a little fun, so she puts on music and they all have a little mini dance party. They decide to turn it into a “challenge” like on the show. The laugh and poke fun at certain things that Tyra and the gang always say. In the end, Makayla wins the challenge. Makayla pretends to be all excited and emotional.

After their fun night is over and they're ready to go to bed, Eva finds Tyra Mail that says: “Commercial or Fashion? Do you know the difference? Be ready at 7am tomorrow morning.”

CHALLENGE
The girls all arrive to a big warehouse, where they find Mr. Jay and a team of people. He explains to them that they are a team of Covergirl experts who are here to help out on today's challenge. The most important thing about this challenge is understanding the difference between commercial make up, and fashion make up, as well as basic hair styling. The girls get a quick demo on how to do each kind of make up, and basic hair techniques, and then are told they will be divided into teams. In each team, they must all work together to create a commercial look and a fashion look on two of the girls in their team. They have 30 minutes to accomplish this, using all of the Covergirl make up they are given. Mr. Jay then announces that in since there is an odd number, Jasmine, the winner last week, will get to pick her team after they are formed, meaning there will be one team of 5 and one team of 6.

The teams end up being: Team 1: Eden, Summer, Autumn, Taylor, Brooke, Abby. Team 2: Morgan, Makayla, Jasmine, Renee, Eva. Team 1 decides to use the two twins, Summer and Autumn as their models. Summer will be commercial, and Autumn will be fashion. Team 2 has Makayla as their fashion model, and Morgan as commercial. They immediately get to work. In team 1, Eden and Abby take over as leaders, having been make up counter girls in the past. They help create Summer's commercial look, using natural make up, and waving her hair lightly. Taylor and Brooke get creative with Autumn, making her make up bright and crazy, and spiking it everywhere. In team 2, Morgan helps out a lot even though she is a model as well. She gives tips and advice to Eva and Renee as they do Makayla's make up. Jasmine does all of Morgan's make up and does a great job at making it look natural. When Makayla's make up is done, she helps do Morgan's hair, making it all smooth and silky. The girls decide to put Makayla's hair in a fun fohawk style.

When their time is up, Team 1 is evaluated first. They are told that Summer looks great, but Autumn's look is a little too over the top. They also comment that they were very divided, and didn't all work together, like Team 2 did. Team 2's evaluation is nothing but positive, saying that Morgan and Makayla were both very helpful, even though they were models as well. They also say that Makayla's look is funky, but yet fun and that Jasmine did a great job. Team 2 is the obvious winner, but only one person can win the prize, a year's worth of free Covergirl make up. The winner is: Morgan. She is also going to be featured in a Covergirl ad that will be all over the internet.

The girls get back from their challenge, and Renee says she is annoyed that Morgan won the challenge, even though it was her and Eva that did all the work. Eva tries calming her down telling her that it doesn't matter, as long as she does well at the photo shoots. Renee won't listen though and continues being pissed off. Last that day, they get their next Tyra Mail: “Fear of heights? Claustrophobic? You better get over it. Be ready at 8am tomorrow morning.”

PHOTOSHOOT
The girls arrive in front of the Empire State Building, where they see Mr. Jay. He explains to them that today's shoot will be crazy. All of the girls will be sporting crazy high fashion looks, and put in bullet proof glass boxes, and lifted up in the air, where they will be shot, overlooking New York City. The girls all gasp, some of them freaking out and others loving the idea. Mr. Jay then says that if done right, the pictures will be amazing, featuring the girls looking fierce will being up in the air hundreds of feet.

The first girl is Autumn. She meets Mr. Jay up at the top of the building, and is put in the box. She is then lifted up in the air and the shoot begins. She doesn't seem that afraid of it, and is rather excited. She uses the sides of the box to lean and extends her hands a lot, pushing herself up. Mr. Jay says that she looks hot, but to watch out not to growl with her mouth. She then relaxes her lips, and does a great job. Next is Eva, who is also calm and collected. She does a good job. Mr. Jay reminds her to soften her face and she does so. Next is Morgan, who is freaking out over the height issue. She doesn't do too well with her shoot, and seems almost amateur and lost the entire time. After her is Jasmine, who does a good job, but is told it is not as strong as last week. She still needs to work on making her face pretty the whole time. After her is Eden. Eden does a great job, not showing any fear at all. She gets in the ground, lifts herself up by using the sides of the boxes, and other acrobatic things. Mr. Jay says that she looks amazing, but one thing to focus on is keeping still just a little but longer before moving. Next is Brooke, who once again just doesn't deliver as much as she could have. Her pictures are ok, but nothing inspiring. After her is Renee, who once again is a little too over the top. Mr. Jay says she really needs to learn how to tone it down if she wants to stay in this competition. After her is Makayla, who does a good, strong job. She extends her legs a lot, making herself look very lengthy. Mr. Jay says she looks great. After her is Taylor, who also does an awesome job. She, just like Eden is all over the place, but in a good way. She allows the pictures to be captured before she moves. Mr. Jay tells her to teach Eden that technique. Abby is next. Her shoot is rather dull, as she is told that she too needs to step it up if she wants to improve. Last is Summer, who as usual, shows a lack of personality, but still looks very pretty. Mr. Jay says that he doesn't understand how such a quiet girl could be twins with Autumn.

ELIMINATION
The girls arrive to elimination, where the judges all greet them. Autumn is up first. The judges all like her picture, saying it was good. Tyra comments that she had an ugly face in some pictures and needs to watch her mouth. Next is Eva, who is praised for her strong beautiful face. They tell her it is overall a great picture. Morgan is next, and Paulina says, “What is this? This is boring, this isn't you.” Morgan says that she is afraid of heights and let it affect her. Tyra says that to be a Top Model she can't be afraid, and that she let it affect her picture. Next is Jasmine. She is told her picture is good, but not an improvement compared to last week's picture. It shows that she is consistent. Renee is next, and the picture is good, but Tyra tells Renee that most of the frames were not. She needs to learn how to pose in more flattering positions. Next is Eden, who the judges are all head over heels about. They all love the picture, and Tyra says, “Now before your head gets too big, looking through your frames, you moved around a little too much. Mr. Jay says you need to slow down, but great work.” Next is Brooke, who is told once again her picture is not that great. It's better than the first week, but not great. Makayla is next, and the judges all love it. Ms. Jay says he loves the leg action. After her is Taylor, whose pictures is basically the best. Nigel says he is surprised somebody did better than Eden. Tyra mentions that this picture looks like a professional model. Abby and Summer are last and they both get the same feedback, that they look pretty, but it is not outstanding.

The girls then leave, and when they come back the order is: Taylor, Eden, Eva, Makayla, Autumn, Jasmine, Renee, Summer, Abby. The bottom 2 are Morgan and Brooke. Tyra then says, “Two beautiful girls stand before me, but I only have one picture in my hand. Morgan, last week your picture was ok, and this week, it was just bad. You have the skills, looks and personality, but you haven't brought that to a photo shoot yet. And Brooke, I kept you one more week because I knew you could deliver a great picture, but this week, you show me that, sure you can improve, but still not deliver the quality that we're looking for. So who stays?” She then pulls out the picture and says, “Morgan, next week, you have a lot to prove.” Morgan begins crying, as she takes her picture and thanks Tyra. Brooke just shakes her head in disappointment and thanks everyone for the experience.

As she is packing her bags, Brooke says that she feels like she never really got to know anymore, or bond with the girls. She doesn't feel too disappointed because it's not like she made it that far. She then says that she'll continue loving fashion, but maybe modeling just isn't for her.

NEXT TIME ON TOP MODEL: Personalties in the house clash, when Renee picks a fight with Eden over a messy room. And later, the girls get a taste of New York as they travel throughout the city for a fun outdoors photo shoot.
